Report of A Formal Investigation into the Circumstances attending the foundering on the 15th April 1912 of the British Steamship “Titanic” of Liverpool after striking ice in or near latitude 50” 14 W., North Atlantic Ocean, whereby loss of live ensued. London – July 1912. Extremely rare copy of the first British Inquiry into the sinking of the Titanic & the loss of almost 1,500 passengers. The inquiry took 42 days of official investigation from the 2nd May to 3rd July, 1912 with almost 100 witnesses and published on 30th July, 1912. 74 pages bound in black buckram. 74 pages with a few words missing at margins of the last 2 pages. Extremely rare with no copy of this report on the internet.
