Before the Sale

The Catalogue
Fully illustrated catalogues for all sales can be viewed online. They are usually available three days prior to each sale. You can subscribe to receive email alerts and text alerts which will inform you when each catalogue becomes available.

Viewing
By prior appointment only and on the morning of the sale from 9am

Condition Reports
The condition of each lot is not stated in the catalogue. We are happy to provide condition reports for lots in but these are intended as a guide only. A condition report must not be seen as a substitute for viewing in person.

Digital Images
All lots in our sales are illustrated on this website. We are happy to provide additional digital images, by email, of any lot in such an auction, where practicable and with sufficient notice. There is no charge for this service.

The Sale

Bidding in Person
To bid in person at the sale, you will need a bidding number. This can be obtained at the main desk and by providing full name and all contact details as required (full postal address, contact numbers, email address and proof of identification).

Absentee Bidding
If you are unable to attend the sale, you can instruct us to bid on your behalf - you may either complete an absentee bidding form from reception. All absentee bids must be received by 9.30 a.m. on the day of the sale. They will be executed as cheaply as possible, bearing in mind any reserve prices or other bids.

Alternatively, you may simply click "Place a Bid" in the online catalogue.

Telephone Bidding

If you are unable to attend the sale, you can instruct us to book a telephone bid for you. A member of staff will phone you a short while before your lot comes up for sale and you can bid live over the telephone. Telephone bids must be received by 6pm on the day before the sale and are subject to the availability of telephones. Telephone bids may only be booked on items with a value above a lower estimate of €50.

Live Internet bidding
Live internet bidding is available for all our sales at www.easyliveauction.com Please note that easyliveauction.com is a third party, who may make a separate charge.

Buyer's Premium
A premium of 20% (inc. VAT @23%) will be added to the hammer price of all lots purchased. All lots are subject to a minimum charge of €5.00 per lot (inc. VAT at 23%).

After the Sale

Payment
All purchases must be paid for fully within five working days following the sale. We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards (credit cards attract a 2% +VAT surcharge). If you wish to pay by cheque, lots will only be released by us when the funds are secure in our account.

Collection/Delivery
Successful bidders should collect their lots as soon as possible after the sale, and within five working days at the latest. Should this not be possible you must inform us of the fact. We will undertake postage and packing of lots where possible at the buyer's risk.
