For larger antique items just email or phone us to arrange a Free - No Obligation home visit and for large general items just email photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply bring photographs along to our offices.

Before the Sale
A Pre-Sale Advice Note will be sent to you before each sale by email. This will detail your lots and any reserve prices agreed with Purcell Auctioneers.
Fully illustrated online Catalogues for all sales are available through www.easyliveauction.com. Printed catalogues are available at our salesrooms.
After the Sale
A Post-Sale Advice Notes are sent by email on the next working day after the sale. Payment is normally made by cheque or bank transfer within two weeks of the sale.
Charges and Expenses
Our professional fees are 20% incl. VAT at 23% for all sold lots.
Private collections, on-site house contents sales or higher value individual items may attract a lower commission rate.
All lots are subject to a minimum charge per lot of €5.00 inc. VAT at 23%
A withdrawn fee of 20% of the mid-sale estimate will be applied once the lot has been catalogued for sale
Un-Sold Lots - Minimum un-sold lot fee of €5.00 incl. VAT at 23%
Valuations - Fully written valuation reports provided for insurance, probate and family division.
House Clearances - Advice on full and partial house clearances will be given and transport of items can be arranged.
All lots receive complimentary web illustrations in our fully illustrated online catalogue and are LIVE on the Internet around the World in Real-time
